ZABOV TEMPTATIONS
ZABOV JELLY
Ingredients for 8-10 Zabov jelly
25 g fish glue
250 g rhum Zabov
50 g waater
Ingredients for rasberries jelly
15 g fish glue
150 g whisked and sieved rasberries
30 g sugar
Method for Zabov jelly
Sigìften the fish glue in a little water, pour the Zabov and the water in a saucepan and heat on a burner, add the fish glue, well squeezed of the excess water, and stir until the later has melted.
Pour the mix evenly in a mould, let it cool and place it in the fridge.
Method for rasberries jelly
Place the rasberries and the sugar in a sauceoan and heat, add the fish glue, previously softned and squeezed, and carry on stirring until it is totally melted.
Let i cool and pour it into the Zabov Jelly.
Place in the fridge for about an hour.
