Ingredients for 6-8 servings
250 g full-fat yogurt
100 g Zabov Classic
1 tsp rum
50 g icing sugar
100 g whipped cream
50 g grated coconut
150 g of cherries, apricots or strawberries
A few slices of coconut
A few fresh mint leaves
Method
Mix the full-fat yogurt in a bowl with the Zabov Classic, rum and grated coconut. Gently fold in the whipped cream and the icing sugar. Put a layer of the chosen fruit in the bottom of the glasses and top with a layer of the yogurt cream. Place the glasses in the fridge for about 3 hours.
Decorate the top with a few fresh mint leaves and serve with the remaining fruit and the coconut slices.
