Ingredients for 6-8 servings
250 g cow’s-milk ricotta
200 g Zabov Classic
100 g icing sugar
100 g whipped cream
1 small punnet redcurrants
1 small punnet strawberries
1 small punnet raspberries
Traditional balsamic vinegar, according to taste
A few fresh mint leaves
Method
Using a hand whisk or electric whisk, mix the ricotta and the icing sugar to a mousse for about 2-3 minutes. Then fold in the whipped cream and the Zabov Classic.
Fill 6-8 glasses with the cream and place them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Dust the mousses with icing sugar, garnish with a fresh mint leaf and, lastly, a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
