RIBES HOOD
Ingredients for 4 servings
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
120 g Zabov Classic
200 cc whipped cream
ribes
½ grated lemon
Method
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl. Add and blend grated lemon, Zabov Classic and whipped cream.
Put ribes with sugar and lemon on the bottom of the glass and cover with the cream previously.
Put in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours and serve.
