ZABOV TEMPTATIONS
TORTINO
Ingredients for 8-10 servings
120 g of peeled and diced pears
130 g Zabov Chocolate
20 g flour
40 g unsweetened extra dark chocolate
20 g icing sugar
1 egg
chopped almonds
cinnamon powder
Method
Place the Zabov Chocolate and the pears in a saucepan and heat it for a few minutes.
Add the chocolate, prevoiusly melted in bain-maire, the icing sugar, the flour and, lastly, the egg. Once the mix is ready, pour it in the moulds, previously buttered and dusted with flour, and place the almods and cinnamon on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for about 7 minutes.
