ZABOV TEMPTATIONS
TRONCHETTO
Ingredients for 8-10 Tronchetti
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites beaten until stiff
90 g icing sugar
50 g flour
40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
Ingredients for cream
250 g milk
250 g cream
130 g caster sugar
130 g Classic Zabov
1 grated orange peel
2 eggs
Method for Tronchetti
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar in bowl, until a frothy crem is obtained, add the egg whites prevoiusly beaten until stiff and gradually incorporate the seved flour, mix lightly until smooth.
Pour the dough into a baking tin, previously lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven 180°C for about 12-15 minutes.
Method for cream
Mix the sugar, flour, orange peel, eggs and Zabov in a small saucepan. Once mixed, add the cream and the boling hot milk, place the saucepan on medium heat and stirt until a thick cream i obtained.
Allow the cream to cool
