ZABOV TEMPTATIONS

Ingredients for 6-8 servings
300 g Zabov Classic
400 g Sponge cake or “SAVOIARDI” biscuits crushed
50 g Icing sugar
50 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
100 g Grained coconut
Fresh cream
1 Chopped banana
Method
Mix the sponge cake, Or the “Savoiardi” biscuits, with the icing sugar, cocoa and zabov in a bowl.
If the resulting dough seems to be a bit hard, add some fresh cream.
Once the dough is ready, shape most of it into small to medium size balls,make a hole in their middle and set some banana in them, use the rest of the dough to cover them.
Place in the fridge for about 30 min, then, roll them into the grained coconut and place them back in the fridge before serving.
